I am Patty Echarte, a longtime resident of beautiful Ft. Lauderdale since 1957! My husband and I have five beautiful children who have all grown up here and still live in the Ft. Lauderdale area with THEIR families. I was licensed to sell real estate in 1993 and loved it so much I went full time in 1994 and have been full time ever since. I owned and operated Russotto Realty, Inc. for 12 years before joining Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate in 2009 and formerly worked at Barnett Bank for nearly 13 years. The reason I tell you this is because I want you to know that I bring a plethora of expertise to the table for you, the buyer or seller. Between my banking and real estate background we will get you closed! Besides loving Real Estate I have an endless passion for animals and I am currently the director/treasurer of The Pet Project, where our motto is "Keeping Pets & People Together Forever!"
