I am Patty Echarte, a longtime resident of beautiful Ft. Lauderdale since 1957! My husband and I have five beautiful children who have all grown up here and still live in the Ft. Lauderdale area with THEIR families. professional since 1994, I bring decades of experience, local market knowledge,
and a personal commitment to helping buyers and sellers achieve their real

Park, and all cities throughout Broward County.

I obtained my real estate license in 1993 and after owning
and operating Russotto Realty, Inc. for 12 years, I joined Better Homes and
Gardens Real Estate in 2009, where I continue to help clients navigate the
South Florida real estate market.

Before entering real estate, I spent nearly 13 years working
at Barnett Bank. My extensive banking and real estate backgrounds give me a
valuable perspective on property transactions, financing considerations, and
the many details involved in buying or selling a home. Whether you're a
first-time homebuyer, an experienced homeowner ready to sell, or a real estate
investor, my goal is to provide knowledgeable guidance, personalized service,

Real Estate With Heart…Outside of real estate, I have
an endless passion for animals. I proudly serve as Director and Treasurer of The Pet Project for
Pets, a one-of-a-kind organization dedicated to keeping pets with the
people who love them but can no longer afford to keep them. Our motto, “Keeping
Pets & People Together Forever!”, reflects a mission that is close to
my heart.
